Refund policy

14-day, no-questions-asked

Every paid tier comes with a 14-day refund. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, email us within 14 days of payment and we will refund you in full - no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Email support@datucker.nl from the address on your account, or with your order/receipt details. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

How refunds are processed

All payments are handled by Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ) as our Merchant of Record, so approved refunds are processed by Creem back to your original payment method. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer. There are no auto-renewing subscriptions, so there is nothing to cancel - each purchase is a one-time payment.

Effect on your licence

When a refund is issued, the corresponding paid tier is removed and your account returns to the free tier. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.
